Webinars: How To Use Them As Customer Magnets

A webinar is a great way to reach exisiting customers. How? A webinar can be used to create a better version of your product. You can also use it to update one that already exists. If not, then how about using it to ask your past buyers their own opinions about the product you had to offer and make changes from there?

One great way to reconnect with your client base is through webinars. An example of this would be a dentist hosting a webinar. He can immediately connect with the people who are viewing and create a new clientele. One proven fact is that he will see a spike in new appointments after the webinar. People who see the webinar will develop a sense of urgency about their teeth and getting them taken care of. Having a dentist discuss the ins and outs of dental hygiene is bound to put this practice on their “to do list.”
